Miami Heat & Portland Trail Blazers Claim Initial Victories Following Player Arrests
The Miami Heat scored 86 first-half scores versus the Grizzlies
The Heat secured a crushing 146-114 victory against the Grizzlies in their first basketball match since guard Rozier was detained for suspected illegal gambling.
Portland Trail Blazers coach Chauncey Billups was also arrested as part of a extensive federal investigation into illegal gambling. Both men deny the claims.

"We all had great experiences with Billups and how he coached," Splitter said. "Our thoughts are with him and his family but we have a job to do."
League Commissioner Silver 'Upset' by Recent Events
Speaking about the arrests for the initial occasion, league head Adam Silver stated he was "very upset" by the events of the recent days.

"And two and a half years after, he still hasn't been convicted of anything, in justice to Rozier.
"Obviously, it doesn't look good, but he's been put on administrative leave, and so it is a balance in this case between upholding rights and investigating."
